Ella Slayton

Ella is a senior at Bucknell University, pursuing a dual degree in Environmental Studies and Political Science, with a minor in Biology. She is passionate about the human connection to the natural world and is particularly interested in how storytelling and conservation efforts can influence environmental behavior and policy. In addition to her work with Christensen Global and the Sun Valley Forum, Ella is a research fellow and serves as the Sustainability Chair in Bucknell’s student government. In both roles, she focuses on environmental policy, local activism, and community engagement. Ella thrives as a collaborator and is driven by the power of community-led solutions. She hopes to apply her interdisciplinary background to create meaningful, lasting environmental impact – both locally and globally.
