As an Associate at Christensen Global, Ella Slayton supports communications, marketing, partnerships, and community engagement across the firm's clients and initiatives. Her work focuses on advancing strategic collaborations and amplifying impact through storytelling, outreach, and relationship building. She also contributes to the Sun Valley Forum, helping shape programming, communications, and engagement for the annual convening of leaders accelerating climate solutions and resilience.

Ella is passionate about the intersection of human behavior and the natural world, with a particular interest in how strategic communications can reshape our relationship with the environment. She graduated summa cum laude with dual degrees in Environmental Studies and Political Science, with a minor in Biology, from Bucknell University. Her background reflects a commitment to collaborative leadership and initiative, including chairing Bucknell's Sustainability Council and co-founding the university's first self-sustaining thrift store. A natural collaborator, Ella is driven to create meaningful impact through sustainability, conservation, and compelling storytelling.
