Eamonn Store

Founder & CEO Fairshare

After almost three decades in the global Advertising world, Eamonn stepped into the world of journalism as CEO of The Guardian, North America. During his three-year tenure, the Guardian doubled its readership audience and tripled its commercial revenues in North America, pioneering the first voluntary membership subscription for news. It was during his tenure at the Guardian that Eamonn drew inspiration from his many connections with social impact entrepreneurs and NGOs, passionately working for the greater good. This inspiration led him to depart the Guardian in January 2017 with the dream of building his own social impact marketing consultancy, working with senior leaders of progressive corporations to deliver more authentic and enduring communication programs in partnership with those doing good in the world. Over the last three years, Eamonn and the FairShare team have worked with Government, Civic and

Enterprise business leaders to partner with grassroots NGO s and social impact entrepreneurs to address a variety of issues including climate crisis, addiction, food security, criminal justice reform, involuntary human displacement and restoring dignity and inclusion for those living with disability.

Eamonn is also sitting on a number of non-profits board including Defy Ventures and A Better Life Foundation, and is a Board advisor to the National Children’s Campaign, Civics Unplugged, The Self Research Institute and Sustainable Earth.

As a curator, storyteller and connector, Eamonn brings his passion and experience to Christensen Global strategically shaping narratives and connecting partners for impact.
